We use a natural combo of xylitol from birch, tapioca starch and monk fruit. It gives our nut butters that just-right sweetness with none of the sugar spike.

Xylitol is a naturally occurring sweetener made from birch trees. It’s got a low glycaemic index and no aftertaste. Your teeth will thank you too.

Monk fruit is a small melon from Asia that’s naturally sweet but low in calories. It’s been used for centuries and gives our nut butters a smooth sweet kick.

Yes. When we say natural, we mean it. No artificial stuff. Only flavours that come from real food, nothing you can’t pronounce.

All jars are proudly made in Kingscliff, NSW. Each one features an iconic Aussie location because we’re all about celebrating where we’re from.
