We use a natural combo of xylitol from birch, tapioca starch and monk fruit. It gives our nut butters that just-right sweetness with none of the sugar spike.

Xylitol is a naturally occurring sweetener made from birch trees. It’s got a low glycaemic index and no aftertaste. Your teeth will thank you too.

Monk fruit is a small melon from Asia that’s naturally sweet but low in calories. It’s been used for centuries and gives our nut butters a smooth sweet kick.
